The uniqueness of the platform lies in its farmer-centric approach, as it tailors communication based on language preferences, location, and agricultural practices. This ensures that the guidance is not only accessible but also relevant to the diverse needs of cultivators across the country. Operated under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare (MoAFW), m-Kisan reflects India’s commitment to leveraging digital tools for enhancing farm productivity, resilience, and overall welfare of the farming community.
