• The total time for the scholarship test is 2.5 hrs.
• 10:30am to 12:30pm will be the slot for objective paper (100 questions).
• 12:30pm to 01:00pm will be the slot for essay paper.

For students who will be appearing for the test via a phone please go through the following –

1. Download the “VEDANTA IAS ACADEMY” App from the google play store.
2. Signup on the app from your registered mobile number (the number submitted at Vedanta IAS Academy).
3. An OTP will be generated and sent to your number for confirmation. Type the OTP to sign in.
4. You have to sign in an hour before the commencement of the test. No extra time will be given for registration or sign in process.
5. After the sign in process, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “batches”. From there click on scholarship test tab to start your test.
6. The objective test will begin sharp at 10:30am and will automatically end at 12:30pm.
7. All students appearing for the test via the app have to make sure that they do not open any notification or call or app or minimize the test. This will lead to the closure of test and no second chance will be given to appear for the test.
8. No extra time will be given for test submission.
9. The essay paper is a 20 mins test (12:35pm – 12:55pm) and 10mins extra will be provided to login and submit the essay.
10. For Essay you have to visit the website www.viasacademy.com and log in using the username and password provided to you via SMS.
11. After logging in, on the top left side of the homepage you will see the tab of “ESSAY”. Click on it, chose your topic from the given topics in the dropdown menu and start writing in the box provided below.Click on the save button before 12:30pm or else your essay won’t be accepted.
12. No extra time will be given for submission of essay and the portal will automatically logout at 12:30pm.

For students who will be appearing for the test via a PC or a laptop please go through the following-

1. Click on the scholarship test on the top left side of the homepage.
2. A login page will appear. Enter your username and password as provided by via the SMS.
3. You test will begin on the commenced time. No extra time will be provided for logging in.
4. The test portal will automatically close at 12:30pm
5. Visit the homepage and click on the scholarship essay test on the top left side. Login using the same credentials.
6. Choose your topic from the given topics in the dropdown menu and start writing in the box provided below. Click on the save button before 12:30pm or else your essay won’t be accepted.
7. No extra time will be given for submission of essay and the portal will automatically logout at 12:30pm.

• Kindly let us know a day in prior i.e. by 22nd Jan (Saturday) if you haven’t received your log in credentials (the username and the password).
• The results for the tests will be declared within 5-7 days or earlier.
• After the declaration of the results please contact your counsellors (the person to whom you sent your details for registration) for the admission process.
